Preliminary Requirements

  • Visit our recruitment page to apply. You will be required to upload your current resume and complete our online application

    • Be sure to provide a valid email address for all three professional references on your application. EOC requires professional reference recommendations prior to making a final hiring decision. 

  • Submit your most recent clearances (if available)​

    • FBI Criminal Background Check​

    • State Criminal Record Check

    • Child Abuse History Clearance

  • Once we receive the resume and application a link to schedule an interview will be emailed.​

AFTER INTERVIEW

After an interview is completed, all three references provided on your application are sent an email requesting feedback. Once reference feedback is reviewed a final hiring decision is made.

After The Interview

  • Complete an Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (6004)

  • Complete a Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure form for every current and previous employer in which you had contact with children. (According to state legislation, a separate form must be filled out for each employer.)

  • Complete section 1 of the form—including the required signature on page 2—for each employer. You may, as a result, have several forms to submit.

  • You are only eligible for employment if EOC receives forms back from all of the employers you list and no record of misconduct is revealed. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to complete these forms now, in anticipation of potential employment and return them to Documents@educatorsoncall.org as soon as possible.
