How long have you been a sub?

Why did you choose education as a career? 

I care about the development of children.

What is your fondest memory as a substitute teacher? 

While teaching at Harambee Academy, I ran into young members of a family that count me and my son as members of their family.

Why is being a substitute teacher important? 

Learning every day is important. A substitute teacher allows the teacher to take the time off without disrupting the class' progress.

Would you like to share anything else?

I'm a mom of an elementary school student. I'm an artist and performer. I enjoy dancing and traveling.

A Thought from EOC:

Guest Teacher Resource | Make Worksheets Fun!

As a guest teacher filler activities are essential to keeping students engaged when there is not enough work for the entire time you're in the classroom or most importantly when there is no work left at all.
